Prophylaxis and Nursing Care of Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis after Gynecological Operations

目的总结妇产科手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防和护理体会。方法对14例DVT病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果经抗凝、溶栓等治疗及护理,13例明显好转。1例效果不佳,为晚期卵巢癌并发静脉内癌栓。无严重并发症发生。结论妇产科手术后病人易发生DVT,应注意预防。发生DVT后,应进行细致的护理配合抗凝、溶栓等治疗,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To summarize the experience in prophylaxis and nursing care of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis （DVT） after gynecological ＆ obstetric surgery retrospectively. Methods The clinical data of 14 cases with DVT were analyzed retrospectively. Results Thirteen cases recovered from DVT after nursing care and the treatment of anticoagulation and thrombolysis. One case with deep venous cancer embolus from late ovarian cancer failed to get well. No serious complication was found. Conclusions Patients after obstetrics and gynecology operation are susceptible to DVT thus prevention is important. The treatment of anticoagulation and thrombolysis combined with nursing care should be performed duly to improve the status when DVT is diagnosed.
