1998年～2004年沪蓉杭汉渝宁6城市精神药物应用分析及趋势预测

Applicational Analysis and Prediction of Psychotropic Drugs in Shanghai,Chengdu,Hangzhou,Wuhan,Chongqing and Nanjing During the Period 1998～2004

目的:分析上海等6城市精神药物利用现状及发展趋势,为药品科研、生产、经营和使用提供参考依据.方法:以金额为依据,对6市180家医院1998年～2004年精神药物利用状况统计分析并预测.结果:各市与总用药金额均逐年增长,2004年是1998年的4.49倍,总构成比是抗抑郁药＞抗精神病药＞抗焦虑药＞情感稳定剂.结论:用药金额仍将逐年上涨,新一代国产药品市场占有比例将会逐渐增大.

OBJECTIVE ： By analyzing present status and tendency of development in the use of psychotropic drugs in 6 cities including Shanghai and other cities, to provide references for drug research, production, management and application. METHODS： According to amount of money, statistical analysis and prediction of the use of psychotropic drugs in 180 hospitals of 6 cities during the period 1998 - 2004 were made. RESULTS ： Total consumptive amount of money in each city increased year by year, it is 4.49 times larger in 2004 than that in 1998. The total constituent ratio is antidepressant 〉 antipsychotics 〉 antianxietic 〉 mood stabilizer. CONCLUSION： There is still a rising tendency for consumptive amount of money, the proportion of new generation home - made drug market will increase gradually.
