不同剂量曲克芦丁注射液治疗急性脑梗塞的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Troxerutin Injection with Different Dose for the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction (ACI)

目的:探讨同一种药不同用药剂量治疗相同疾病的成本-效果,指导临床制定合理用药方案。方法:将150例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为3组,分别应用曲克芦丁注射液900mg、600mg、300mg进行治疗,观察临床效果,并做成本-效果分析。结果:3组治疗成本分别为1010.80元、758.80元、520.80元;治疗效果分别为86%、88%、84%。结论:应用300mg曲克芦丁进行治疗,是比较合理的用药方案。

OBJECTIVE： To study cost - effectiveness of the same drug with different dose for the treatment of the same disease, in order to make a rational drug use project in the clinic. METHODS： 150 patients with ACI were randomly divided into 3 groups. They were given troxerutin injection 900mg, 600mg and 300mg respectively. Clinical results were observed and cost-effectiveness analysis was made. RESULTS： Treatment cost of three groups was I 010.80 yuan,758.80yuan and 520.80 yuan, respectively ; therapeutic efficacy was 86 %, 88 % and 84 % respectively. CONCLUSION ： Using 300rag troxerutin injection is a rational drug use project for the treatment of ACI.
