摘要
介绍了我公司采用醇烃化原料气精制工艺的流程及工艺控制情况。对该工艺在热量综合利用、醇化塔的设置及工艺压力的设计提出了看法。我公司“18.30”工程成功实现了用醇烃化精制工艺取代铜洗工艺,达到了预期目标。
The process and its control for completing the removal of carbon monoxide from process gas by methanolizing and alkylating are introduced. The views about heat utilization, methanolizing column design and operation pressure of the process are presented. Replacing the process of copper liquor wash with methanolizing and alkylating was successful in "18· 30" project in our company.
