摘要
本文对苯胺在高氯酸溶液中恒电流聚合进行研究,内容包括在铂圆盘电极上影响苯胺电化学聚合的因素,如苯胺及高氯酸浓度,恒电流密度及聚合总电量(Q_T),聚合电位等,实验结果表明:在合适的条件下制得的聚苯胺(PANI)膜电极,其氧化还原电量(Q_r)与Q_T的比值接近于100%,并对聚苯胺(PANI)膜电极的电化学性质进行了探讨.
In this paper the electrochemical polymerization of aniline by galvanostatic method in HClO_4 solution is reported. The main contents are as follows: Factors influencing the electrochemical poly.merization of aniline are discussed, including concentrations of aniline and HClO_4, the density of galvanostatie current, the overall polymerization charge of PANI film (Qr), polymeric potential, etc. The experimental results show that under the optimal conditions the ratio of Q_1 (redox charge of PANI) and Q_T equals nearly to the theoretical value of 0. 125. Obviously the efficiency of eleetropolymerization almost approaches to 100%. The electrochemical behaviors of PANI are also discussed in detail.
