室温固化耐温滤清器粘接剂的研制 被引量:1

Solvent-free Room-temperature Curable Two-component PU Structure Adhesive for Filter Industry

摘要 研制了一种室温固化无溶剂双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,具有较高的粘接强度及良好的韧性,在保持室温剪切强度为37.1 MPa的同时,扯断伸长率为104%,200℃仍有3.8 MPa的强度;分析并详细探讨了硬段含量不同体系性能的变化;通过对热失重曲线及恒温失重的考察表明体系具有良好的耐热老化性能,同时考察了体系的耐水性及耐油性,结果表明体系具有优异的耐介质性能。 A solvent-free room-temperature curahle two - component PU adhesive was prepared, which was of higher adhesion strengths and exceUont tonghness. The shear strength at room- temperture and 200℃ was 37.1 MPa and 3.8 MPa respectively,and the tensile elongation at break still was 104%. The results of study on thermal weight loss of the adhesives and chemical - resistance showed that the adhesive had good heat - resistance and excellent oil - resistance. The eHects of hant - segment were investigated too.
