摘要
纳米TiO2因其具有性质稳定、难溶、成本低廉等优点,近年来被广泛应用于催化剂、半导体、传感材料、电子陶瓷等领域。尤其在催化剂的研制方面,二氧化钛作为载体被众多研究者所采用,但与氧化铝相比比表面较小。本文主要介绍了高比表面纳米TiO2载体的最新研究现状、基本合成机理及目前常用的几种液相合成方法。
The nano scaled TiO2 is used in many fields including catalysis, semiconductor, sensitive elements, electronoic ceramic etc. for the advantages of stable chemical property,difficult dissolution, low cost etc. Titanium oxide is a good candidate as new catalyst support and applied by many reaearchers which provided with smaller surface area than aluminum oxide.ln this paper,mostly used routine for liquid phase synthesis methods for nano TiO2 with high surface area are reviewed,and their latest research progressed and basic theory are also described.
