Synthesize Methoxyacetone Through the Catalytic Dehydrogenation of 1-Methoxy-2-Propanol

摘要 研究了FDH催化剂用于1-甲氧基-2-丙醇催化脱氢制备甲氧基丙酮,确定了最佳工艺条件:空速1.0 h-1;反应温度260~280℃;反应压力0.1 MPa.在此条件下,1-甲氧基-2-丙醇转化率>62%;甲氧基丙酮选择性>98.5%.催化剂连续运转2000 h,活性保持平稳,再生后催化剂活性略有下降. This paper presents a process of synthesizing Methoxyacetone(MOA) through the catalytic dehydrogenation of 1-Methoxy-2-Propanol(MOP) on the FDH catalyst, and determining the optimal operating conditions: LHSV 1.0 h^-1 reaction temperature 260 - 280 ℃ and pressure 0.1MPa. Under the reaction conditions, the conversion of MOP was higher than 62 % ,and the selectivity of MOA was over 98.5 %. The results of 2 000 - hour test showed the catalyst exhibited good activity stability. After regeneration, the catalyst had a slight decrease in activity.
