提高模具产品竞争力,各方面手段很多,而在加工上的主要手段就是充分发挥数控设备的效率。效率的高低则取决于数控设备使用过程中的加工技术水平,数控加工技术涉及机床刀具、加工程序、CAD/CAM及切削液等多方面的合理应用。
To improve the competition of mold products, there are lots of Methods. But in the process, the major method is to make best use of the numerical control equipment. The level of efficiency depends on that process level in the use of numerical control equipments; numerical control technology involves the lathe cutter, processes program, CAD/CAM, cutting fluid and rational application in many aspects.
