摘要 探讨利用平行试验数据间的服从二项式分布特性x^(N,σ2),及试验误差的正态分布及计算公式Φ(z)=∫z-∞1/2πe-u2/2dμ,依据分析方法的重复性、再现性要求满足P(-Z,Z)的运算规律,经计算讨论得出产品的内控指标。 Inner - enterprise standards are a kind of the measurements to assure the quality of the products. By means ot these, we cart avoid the quality accidents of the products induced by the analytical errors, It is very important to enact and to perform these standards. Utilized the characteristic of the binomial distribution and the normal distribution of the analytical errors, meanwhile, according to the domain of the allowed analytical errors between 2 tests, we can make out the accurate inner - enterprise products standard, which cart ensure the qualities that accord with the standards issued by the state.
