使用Bran+Luebbe AutoAnalyzer 3自动分析仪,同时测定地表水中的NO_2-N、NO_3-N+NO_2-N、NH_3-N、PO_4^(3-)4个项目,结果显示相对标准偏差均<1%,回收率在92%～108%之间,检测限较低,且系统运行稳定,能够满足地表水监测的要求。

The method of determination of NO2-N、NO3-N＋NO2-N、NH3-N、PO4^3-in surface water by Bran ＋ Luebbe AutoAnalyzer 3 is described. The RSD of NO2-N、NO3-N＋NO2-N、NH3-N、PO4^3-are less than 1% . The recovery rates are between 92% - 108% .It can meet the requirement for determination of NO2-N、NO3-N＋NO2-N、NH3-N、PO4^3- in surface water.
