CVC-4型冷轧机改造方案的探讨

摘要 针对CVC机型在冷轧生产中出现的问题,提出了采用OWBCHCW新机型取代CVC机型的经济型轧机改造方案。该方案首次将辊型优化技术引入机型改造,既消除了原有CVC机型的缺点,又保留了其相关优点,在保证板形控制精度的前提下最大限度地降低了改造成本,缩短了改造周期,非常适合中、小型冷轧企业的机型改造。 Against the problem that appeared in cold-rolling production of CVC rolling mill type, an economic type mill modification scheme of replacing CVC rolling mill type with OWBC HCW new rolling mill type was brought forward. The roll shape optimisation technology was first introduced into the rolling mill type modification, which eliminated the shortcomings of the original CVC rolling mill type and preserved its relevant merits. On the precondition that shape control accuracy was assured, the modification cost was reduced to the maximal limitation and the modification cycle was shortened. It was suitable to the rolling mill type modification in medium and small size cold rolling enterprises.
