摘要
以面向对象设计方法为指导思想,以汽车发动机S195型连杆为研究对象,结合工厂实际生产对传统连杆锻模设计工作进行了分析研究,提出了连杆锻模CAD的运行步骤及设计流程图,解决了连杆锻模CAD涉及的几处关键性技术,进而在C语言和AutoCAD的基础上开发出连杆锻模CAD系统.
Taking OOD as the guideline and the S195 connecting-rod as research subject, and combined with the factory practical production, this paper analyzes and studies the traditional design work for connecting-rod forging die, proposes the operating steps for connecting-rod forging die CAD and design flow chart, solves several key technologies related to connecting-rod forging die CAD, and then develops the connecting-rod forging die CAD system on the basis of C language and Auto CAD.
