研究了地方工科院校办学体制与投资模式改革的5种基本类型:联合办学、协议合作办学、院校合并与调整、产学研合作办学、携手地方合办国有民营股份制二级学院,并就推行全面学分制,改革教学管理模式问题进行了较全面的探讨.

This paper studies the five basic types of the school-running system reform and investment pattern reform in local colleges and universities of engineering： joint school running, contracted cooperation in running school, merging and adjustment among colleges and universities, cooperation in running school through production, learning and research, establishing secondary colleges in a form of state-owned and privately-run system with local enterprises, and it also carries out thorough discussion over the problems in promoting complete credit system and reforming education management patterns.
