摘要
目的:探讨应用钴铬合金制作烤瓷基底冠的边缘适合性。方法:分别用钴铬合金、含铍镍铬合金、镍铬合金、金铂钯合金在统一规格模型上制作铸造金属基底冠32个,以粘固剂粘固于代型后切割制成剖面,测试各组冠边缘和轴壁部位的粘固剂厚度,比较其边缘适合性。结果:钴铬合金基底冠边缘粘固剂的平均厚度与镍铬合金基底冠相比没有差异(P>0.05),其边缘适合性稍差于金铂钯合金基底冠(P<0.05)。结论:钴铬合金基底冠的边缘适合性符合临床要求,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To evaluate the casting marginal adaptation of Co-Cr based dental alloy, Methods 32 gypsum dies were fabricated from a master standard die and randomly divided into 4 groups. A metal crown was prepared on each die with a different metal material for each group: Co-Cr based dental alloy,Ni-Cr-Be based dental alloy, Ni-Cr based dental alloy and Au-Pt-Pd cast alloy. 32 crowns were adhered to the corresponding model die with zinc polycarboxylate. All specimens were evaluated under a stereomicroscope at 100x magnification to measure the adhesive thickness after sectioned buccolingually in two planes. The results were statistically elaborated by means of analysis of variance. Results There is no difference in the marginal discrepancy between the crowns made of Ni-Cr based dental alloys and those made of Co-Cr base alloys. The marginal discrepancy of crowns made of base metal alloys was much larger than that of crowns made of noble alloys. Conclusion The Co-Cr based alloys had good casting marginal adaptation and could satisfy the clinical requirements.
