尿道尖锐湿疣26例报告

Urethral Condyloma Acuminnatum in Male Patients:Reportof 26 Cases

目的:探讨男性尿道尖锐湿疣的诊断治疗。方法:对经尿道镜及病理学检查确诊的26例男性尿道尖锐湿疣患者行电切气化术治疗,并应用α-干扰素预防复发。结果:26例患者无一例发生并发症,随访6个月12个月,仅5例复发,复发率为19%(5/26)。结论:尿道尖锐湿疣无典型临床症状,对可疑患者应行尿道镜检查及病理学检查确诊。其治疗应以尿道内手术首选,其中电切气化术治疗尿道尖锐湿疣疗效确定、并发症少。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of urethral condyloma acuminntum （CA）in male patients. Methods All 26 cases of urethral CA were diagnosis with transurethral endoscopy,and the lesion of urethral meatus were resected by tran surethral resection and transurethral electrovaporization respectively. Results All patients had been followed up6～ 12 months, the recurrence rate was 19%（5/26）. Conclusions Transurethral endoscopy is a nessary and reliable diagnosis method for urethral CA in male pantients. Transurethral resection and transurethral electrovaporization is anideal treatment for urethral CA in male pantients.
