科技期刊编辑心理健康状况调查分析

Investigation of mental health status in editors of science and technology periodicals.

目的探讨科技期刊编辑心理健康状况及其相关的影响因素。方法对114名科技期刊编辑应用症状自评量表进行测查,并与中国青年常模比较。结果科技期刊编辑心理问题发生率为15.79%;责任编辑心理问题发生率高于一般编辑,差异有显著性(P<0.05);男性与女性编辑之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);科技期刊编辑的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑5项因子分明显高于全国青年常模(P<0.01)。结论科技期刊编辑存在一定的心理问题,尤其是责任编辑心理问题较突出,应引起相关部门和领导的重视。

Objective To explore mental health status and relative factors for editors of science and technology periodicals. Methods Assessments were conducted in 114 editors with the Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90） and compared with Chinese youth norm. Results Incidence rate of psychological problems was 15.79% in the editors; and that of responsible editors was significantly higher than that of common ones（P〈0.05） ;there was no significant difference between male and female editors（P〉0.05） ;scores of 5 factors including somatization, obsession, interpersonal relationship, depression and anxiety in the editors were significantly higher than in the norms（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Editors of science and technology periodicals have certain psychological problems, especially responsible editors, which should be paid attention to.
