摘要
汉初统治者和思想家从中国农业社会家庭本位角度出发,选择了经儒家改造过的“孝”作为内在精神支撑。“孝”能使家族和谐,也就意味着稳定了建立其上的整个政权。同时,通过“孝”把家族秩序与国家秩序结合起来,能使整个社会秩序化。汉初刘邦有意识进行“孝治”尝试,至文景时期把“孝治”发展到西汉的一个高峰,“孝治”构成“文景之治”的重要内容。
When exploring the reason of the destruction of the Qin Dynasty, the builders of Han Dynasty found that the Qin Dynasty, lacking of kinds of social ethics order as internal mental force, depended too much on violence to run the country. So Liu Bang, the first emperor of Han Dynasty beganlo establish filial piety to control the ideology more effectively. The theory of Filial Piety had evolved over a long period of Emperor Wen and Emperor Jing. After many successes, the function of filial piety theory had been increased greatly and the idea had become the most important way to control the ideology through the whole period of Han Dynasty.
