Countermeasures of Western Regions to Attract More FDI

从政治经济社会文化等方面分析了影响外商直接投资地区分布的决定因素,筛选出10个指标,建立了指标体系,然后运用因子分析的方法对各地区的引资状况进行综合评价,指出基础设施因素、人口结构和素质因素、政策因素、体制改革因素是西部地区引资的薄弱环节,并给出相应的对策建议。

The author first analyzed the deciding factors from political, economic, social and cultural aspects and selected 10 indexes to set up the index system, then had a general evaluation to different regions attracting FDI by using factor analysis method, and pointed out that basic facility factor,structure and quality of the population , policy factor and system reform factors are the weaker points of western regions, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
