摘要
应用改良的Beirut反应合成了5个双羰基侧链取代喹喔啉-1,4-二氧化物(3a~3e)。
Five biscarbonyl side chain substituted quinoxaline-1,4-dioxides,namely,2-anilinocarbonyl3-anilinocarbonylmethylquinoxaline-1,4-dioxide(3a),2-p-toluidinocarbonyl-3-toluidinocarbonylmethylquinoxaline-1,4-dioxide(3b),2-methoxycarbonyl-3 methoxycarbonylmethylquinoxaline-1,4-dioxide(3c),2-ethoxylcarbonyl-3-ethoxylcarbonylmethylquinoxaline-1,4-dioxide(3d)and 2-propoxycarbonyl-3-propoxycarbonylmethylquinoxaline-1,4-dioxide(3e)have been synthesized by the improved Beirut reaction.3a,3b,3d and 3e are new compounds.
