摘要
采用反相高效液相离子对色谱法,以对氨基苯甲酸为内标,测定了复方芦丁片中芦丁和维生素C的含量。色谱柱为μ-BondapakC_(18),流动相为甲醇-水(50:50)配制的樟脑磺酸溶液(0.0025mol/L),检测波长为254nm。并做了线性范围和回收率测定。
he contents of rutoside and vitamin C in compound rutoside tablet were determined by reversedphase high performance liquid chromatography using p-aminobenzoic acid as internal standard. A μ-Bondapak C_(18) column (300 × 3. 9mm i. d.) was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water (50 : 50) containing 0. 0025mol/L D-camphor sulfonic acid and flow rate of 0. 8mL/min.An ultra-violet detector that monitored absorption at a wavelength of 254 nm was used. The linear relationship of calibration curves was good in the range of 0. 024-0. 144 and 0. 060-0. 360mg/mL for rutoside and vitamin C , respectively (r> 0. 999). The recoveries of rutoside and vitamin C were 98. 92% (n= 6) and 101. 8%(n= 6) respectively. This method issimple and accurate.
