双钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨远端骨折

Treatment of Adult Distal Humerus Fracture by Internal Fixa-tion with Bilateral Plate

目的探讨双钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法回顾及分析我院1999年2月～2004年1月应用双钢板内固定治疗肱骨远端骨折17例,骨折按AO/ASIF分型,A2型3例,A3型5例,C1型4例,C2型5例。结果随访时间10～18个月,平均11.0个月。按Aitken和Rorabeek标准进行功能评定,结果优12例,良3例,可2例,差0例,优良率88.2%。结论双钢板内固定治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折有适应症广及固定牢靠的优点,疗效满意。

Objective To explore the curative effect of the treatment of adult distal humerus fracture by internal fixation with bilateral plate. Method 17 cases of distal humerus fracture were treated by internal fixation with bilateral plate（from February 1999 to January 2004 ） . By the classification of AO/ASIF, 3 were classified as A2 type, 5 as A3 type, 4 as C1 type and 5 as C2 type. Result The cases were followed up for 10 to 18 months（average 11 months）. The patients were evaluated using the criteria of Aitken and Rorabeek. Excellent and good results were achieved in 15 cases（88.2%）. Conclusion Internal fixation with bilateral plate is a satisfied treatment for distal humerus fracture.
