彩色多普勒超声对诊断宫颈癌的价值

Value of color Doppler in the diagnosis of uterine cervix cancer

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声技术(CDFI)对子宫颈癌的诊断与鉴别诊断。方法对30例患者进行术前经腹超声和CDFI检查,并与术后病理结果对比分析。结果30例宫颈癌超声特点为瘤体无包膜,内部回声多呈低回声、混合回声,后方常伴低淡声影,频普显示低速高阻血流。结论CDFI能清晰地反映子宫颈癌的超声特征,在同子宫颈肌瘤、慢性宫颈炎的鉴别上有较好的可比性。

Objective To explore the value or color Doppler Flow Imanging（CDFI） and differential diagnosis of uterine cervix cancer. Method Transabdominal ultrasound and CDFI were conducted preoperatively and compared with postoperative pathologic results in 30paients, Results Theultrasound feature of uterine cervix cancer in 30 cases is as follows;the tumor body has no envelop, The interior of it represents mainly low echo or mix-echo, accompanied by low faint echo at the back, Spectrum shows low-velocity and high resistance blood flow .Conclusions CDFI can reflect the ultrasound signs of uterine cervix cancer clearly and can also distinguish it from muscular tumor and chronic inflammation of uterine cervix.
