昏迷病人的血糖水平与预后的关系分析

目的昏迷病人的血糖水平与预后的关系。方法通过对1998～2000年29例高血糖组病人与36例正常血糖组病人治疗比较。结果高血糖组较正常血糖组病人病死率高。结论减少高血糖因素,控制血糖水平,可减轻机体重要器官的损害,降低死亡率。

Objective To investigate the relation between the blood glucose level of the coma patients and their prognosis .Methods In period of from 1998 to 2000, we divided the coma patients into High blood glucose group and normal blood glucose group, the former group has 29 cases, and the later has 36 cases , Then compared the prognosis of their patient. Results The mortality of High blood glucose group are higher than the normal glucose group＇s. Conclusions Reducing the risk factors which could make glucose gone up and controling the blovd glucose level can alleviate the damage of the vital organs and reduce the mortality of the coma patients.
