芪芍芨草汤佐治消化性溃疡50例的临床观察

目的观察芪芍芨草汤联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的效果。方法将100例消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组:治疗组50例,给予芪芍芨草汤,每日一剂,同时,口服奥美拉唑20mg,每日两次。对照组予奥美拉唑20mg,每日两次,两组疗程均为两周,幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)阳性者加两种抗生素治疗(两组相同),疗程结束后,胃镜复查,并行检测HP。结果根据溃疡愈合率,治疗组根除HP根除率明显高于对照组,两组有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论芪芍芨草汤联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡有良好的疗效。
