目的探讨血液灌流抢救小儿急性重度中毒的方法及护理要点。方法迅速建立血管通路,密切观察病情变化,严防低血压的发生。结果21例患儿全部经一次血液灌流治疗后1～12小时神志转清,病情好转,结合病房的药物治疗,全部治愈出院。结论小儿血液灌流时迅速建立血管通路,严密观察病情,是保证血液灌流顺利进行的关键。

Method Set up the thorough fare of blood vessel rapidly, observe the condition to change closely, take strict precautions against the emergence of the low blood pressure. Result All of 21 infants and 1～12 hours after the once blood is irritated and flowed and treated mind turn clear, the condition takes a favorable turn, combine the medication of the ward, all cure and leave hospital. Conclusion Child blood irritate when flowing setting up blood vessel thorough faring rapidly, tight to observe the condition, it is the key to guaranteeing the blood to irritate and flow and carry on smoothly.
