包含三氧化二砷方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效分析

Study on the Treatment and Prognosis of Multiple Myeloma Using Combination Chemotheropy and Arsenic Trioxide

目的探讨三氧化二砷联合化疗对多发性骨髓瘤的治疗效果及预后影响。方法对采用了包含三氧化二砷治疗方案的11例病人资料进行了分析并与单用联合化疗治疗方案进行了比较。结果部分缓解(PR)联合化疗组6例(37.5%)、三氧化二砷组7例(81.82%),两组比较有显著差异(x2=5.185p=0.047)。平均生存期化疗组(30.81±9.83)月,三氧化二砷组(43.91±9.15)月(t=3.496P=0.002),亦有显著差异。结论三氧化二砷在治疗多发性骨髓瘤方面是一个较有希望的药物。

Objective To analyze effect of arsenic trioxide on and prognosis of multiple myeloma which had treated with combination chemotheropy and arsenic trioxide. Methods CR and survival of 11 cases of multiple myeloma which had treated with combination chemotheropy and arsenic trioxide are analyzed and compared with 16 cases of one which had used combination chemotheropy only .Results PR Rate and survival durations of group of chemotherapy , arsenic trioxide were 37.5%, 81.82% （ x^2=5. 185 p=0.047 ）and （30.81±9.83） months, （43.91±9.15）months （t=-3.496 P=0. 002 ）.Conclusion The arsenic trioxide is a hopeful pharmaceuticals at the aspect that treats the multiple myeloma.
