腹腔镜十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的应用体会

The Appy Experience of Repair Operation of Duodenum Ulcer Perforation with Celioscope

目的探讨腹腔镜十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补的效果及应用价值。方法收集我院2004年7月～2005年2月间用腹腔镜行十二指球部溃疡穿孔修术的13例。结果手术均获成功,平均手术时间100min,平均进食时间4.5d,平均住院时间为6d,未发生并发症。结论用腹腔镜行十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔修补是安全有效的治疗方法,具有痛苦小、损伤轻,康复快、脏器干扰小、腹腔冲洗彻底、住院时间短、患者乐意接受等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effection and practicality value of celioscope in the repair operation of duodenum ulcer perforation .Methods Collect the 13cases data of the repair operation of duodenum ulcer perforation treated from July 2004 to February 2005. Result All these cases were succeed, the average operation time was 100min： the average take food time was 4.5d; the average be in hospetal time was 6d, and none of them occurred side-effection. Conclusion There are the virtue that pain less, damnify less, viscera disturb less, rinsing cleanly, the time in hospital less, patient fain and get well rapid in the repair operation of duodenum ulcer perforation with celioscope, it is good for clinic.
