Prevention and Treatment of Complications in Plug-mesh Tensionfree Hernia Repair

目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术并发症发生的原因及防治。方法回顾性分析201例患者的临床资料。结果复发2例,术后出现神经痛5例,局部硬块和异物感4例,切口及阴囊血肿4例,睾丸肿胀3例,感染3例。结论严格手术操作规范,正确治疗是防治其术后并发症的要点。

Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of compliation in the plug-mesh tensionfree hernia repair. Methods 201 cases with hernia of inguinal area were analyzed restrospectively. Results Recurrence was just 2 cases. The post operative complication, included neuralgia 5 cases, local gelosis and foreign body sensation 4 cases, incision and scrotal hematoma 4 cases, testicular swelling 3 cases. Conclusion A strict operation technique and correct therapeutic method are the key point to prevent and treat complication of tension-free hernia repair.
