摘要
小组成员间的互动是合作学习的实质,是合作学习的目标能否达成的关键。调整学生的需要结构,帮助学生建立正互相依赖关系,可从内外两方面提高学生互动的积极性;培养学生的社会技能可保证小组成员间的互动顺利进行;抓住合作的契机、变换合作学习方式可更有效地提高小组成员间互动的数量和质量。
The interaction between group members is the essence of cooperative learning and the key for attaining the aim of it. Adjusting students' needs and helping them set up positive inter-dependent relations contributes to improving students' participation from both inside and outside. Improving students' social skills can ensure the smooth development of the interaction between group members.
