摘要
本文介绍了两例外贸业务中商业单据丢失而导致的不同结果,分析其原因,说明外贸业务中采用规范的贸易术语和以银行信用为基础的信用证结算方式,才能在有意外事件发生时,保证出口商的利益。
This paper introduces two cases of shipping documents missing happened in 2004 in one firm. The final results were completely different as the exporter took favorable or unfavorable methods of payment.
