摘要
如何有效地管理国有文化资产,是一个全新的课题。本文审时度势,在深入研究的基础上,开创性地提出了建构具有重庆地方特色的国有文化资产管理体制应坚持的基本原则、总目标、具体任务以至新一轮文化体制改革应选择的正确路径。
How to effectively manage state cultural property is a new problem for all. After carefully surveying and deeply studying the situation, this thesis initially puts foreword the essential principle, overall goal and concrete task for the construction of state cultural property management system with Chongqing characteristics as well as the right way the whole cultural system reform must choose
