华山风景名胜区华麓区地处风景区与城镇区域边缘,是华山风景名胜区中最为脆弱、最易破坏和问题最多的区域.从遗产观、整体观、发展观的高度,阐述了华麓区的遗产变迁,分析了华麓区在华山风景名胜区整体中的自然遗产、文化遗产、旅游规划结构中的角色与地位,从遗产保护和遗产发展两方面总结了华麓区的作用,指出了华麓区是华山遗产构成之要素、华山游览之门户的角色特性.

The Hua Lu district in Huashan scenic spot is located on the edge of the scenic spot and urban area, which is a most fragile and problematic area. In the view-point of culture heritage, integrality and development, its changes are researched. Its roles in nature heritage, culture heritage and tourism planning structure are analyzed and summarized from the viewtpoint of its heritage protection and development. The Hua Lu District not only belongs to the basic elements of Huashan heritage system, but also serves as the gateway of Huashan tourism.
