嵌入在TMS320LF240XA内的FLASH是DSP可供开发的片内资源。文章介绍了FLASH基本编程命令,论述了JTAG接口和串行通信接口两种编程方法及其注意事项。FLASH为用户程序的存储带来了方便,使得系统容易实现程序的更新,便于系统维护与升级。
Embedded flash memory in TMS320LF240XA DSP system is the usable on chip resource. This paper introduces the basic programming instructions. Two kinds of realization methods of JTAG interface and serial communication interface and precautions are presented. Bringing convenience to users＇ program storage, FLASH makes the update of program, system maintenance and upgrade easier.
