摘要
和谐社会很难自发形成,需要人的自觉构建。协调是构建和谐社会的主要手段,主要是协调人们之间的利益关系。全部构建和谐社会的活动都应以人为本。
It is difficult for the harmonious society to be built spontaneously and it needs our consciousness to realize the harmonious society. Coordinating is the chief method to construct the society, which mainly coordinates the beneficial relations of people, and human should be centered in all activities.
