摘要 在叔胺的催化作用下,合成了一类含芳醚结构的新型二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺-二烯丙基双酚A共聚树脂。与未用催化剂时合成的共聚树脂相比,该树脂具有更优良的贮存稳定性和热稳定性,耐热温度指数达214~238℃。 A new kind of bismaleimide(BMI) diallylbisphenol A(DABPA) copolymer resins with aromatic ether structure in backbond was synthesized in solution in the presence of tertiary amine catalyst, and curied in 150~200℃.The structure, curing properties, and thermal stability of the copolymer resins were characterized by FT IR, TA, etc. The results showed that the hydroxyl of DABPA can react with the double bond of BMI in polymerizing. These resins have better thermal and storage stability than those without catalyst. The heat resistant indexes of the curied copolymers were 214~238℃, and thus can be used as matrix resins for high performance composites.
