催化氧化法合成缩丙酮－（R）－和（S）－甘油酸

Synthesis of 2,3 O Isopropylidene (R) Glyceric Acid and Its (S) Isomer by Oxidation of RuCl 3-NaClO

以Ｄ－和Ｌ－酒石酸为原料，合成出高光学纯度的缩丙酮－（Ｒ）－和（Ｓ）－甘油酸（１ａ，１ｂ），总收率分别为３２．８和３４．１％。

A new route was described for the preparation of 2,3 O isopropylidene (R) glyceric acid( 1a ) and its (S) isomer( 1b ), starting from D and L tartaric acid, respectively. RuCl 3 NaClO catalyzed oxidative cleavage of carbon-carbon bond of the vicinal diol(2) with high optically purity on a multigram scale.
