摘要
以D-和L-酒石酸为原料,合成出高光学纯度的缩丙酮-(R)-和(S)-甘油酸(1a,1b),总收率分别为32.8和34.1%。
A new route was described for the preparation of 2,3 O isopropylidene (R) glyceric acid( 1a ) and its (S) isomer( 1b ), starting from D and L tartaric acid, respectively. RuCl 3 NaClO catalyzed oxidative cleavage of carbon-carbon bond of the vicinal diol(2) with high optically purity on a multigram scale.
