Study on Deng Zihui s Theory of the Structure of Ownership of Means of Production in Rural Areas

在农业社会主义改造中,对于如何处理生产资料所有权问题,邓子恢主张“主要公有,次要私有”,并以此作为农业合作经济中把握生产资料公有化程度的准则。据此,他认为所有制的形式应该多种多样,应以集体经济为主,发展多种经济形式,搞“混一色”经济,以利于农业合作化的顺利进行,利于农业生产力水平的提高。同时,他对合作社的规模也发表了很有见地的意见,提出建社规模“要适度”。这些探索虽仅是初步的,但对于建设符合中国国情的农村合作经济体制具有开创性意义。

In ownership, Deng Zihui stands for a system of multiple forms of ownership. This system is based on the public ownership of the land. As to how to deal with the ownership of the means of production, he stands for ＂Public First, Private Second＂. And he thinks this should be the rule of dealing with the degree of public ownership of the means of production in agriculture co-operative economy. So, he thinks the forms of ownership should be various;it should be mainly in collective economy. More economic forms should be developed ＂Common Color＂ economy should be developed so as to make agriculture co-operative go smoothly and the productive level rise. At the same time,Deng Zihui gives his opinions on the cooperative size, he says the size of the cooperative should be fitable. Although his research is just tentative,it has a pioneering meaning to building agriculture co-operative economic system fitting for Chinese condition.
