A Consideration of The Way of Reducing Cost and Increasing Economic Efficiency of Thermal Power Plant

国家电力改革已按“厂网分开”将国家电力公司管理的电力资产按照发电和电网两类业务进行划分。并在发电环节引入竞争机制,本文在分析电力企业的成本构成的基础上,分析了影响成本的因素,提出了降低成本的建议和对策。

the electric power properties administrated by The National Power Company were divided into two businesses of power generation and power network, and the competitive mechanism was introduced into the power generating link, in compliance with the reform of the national electric power. The influential factors of cost were analyzed based on the analysis of cost structure of electric power business, and the proposal and countermeasure of cost reduction were put forward.
