摘要
利用有限元方法对带钢卷取过程中的卷筒胀径进行了详细的数值模拟。在带材卷取规程确定的条件下,研究了不同的卷取层数胀径时的带钢最内层节点沿卷筒的位移变化规律,得到了带钢能够稳定卷取的最小卷取层数。研究结果对于现场工作人员确定胀径前热带钢卷取的最少卷层数和提高带钢卷取速度有重要的参考价值。
The expansion of toiler during hot strip coiling was simulated with FEM method. Based on condition of strip coiling regulations, and the rules of nodes displacement change law of strip steel along toiler innermost layer during toiler expansion with different layers, the minimality layer was yield for safety coiling. It is of refereneial value for technieists in field engineering to define least coiling layer before toiler expansion and to increase coiling speed.
