摘要
采用RP-HPLC法测定益肾灵颗粒中淫羊藿苷的含量,用KromasilC18柱,流动相:乙腈-水(30:70)(用磷酸调节pH 3.5),流速:1.0ml·min-1,检测波长:270nm,线性范围0.15～2.5μg(r=0.9996).平均加样回收率98.4%(n=5),RSD=1.3%.本法简便快捷,结果准确,重复性好.
A HPLC method was established for the determination of icariin in Yishenling Granules. A Kromasil C18 column was used with acetonitrile and water （30： 70） （pH was adjusted to 3.5 with phosphoric acid） as the mobile phase and in a flow rate of 1.0ml ·min^-1. The detecting wavelength was 270nm. The linear range was 0. 15-2. 5μg （r = 0. 9996） and the average recovery rate was 98.74% （n = 5）, RSD=1. 3%. The method was simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
