摘要
本文对近20年有关群体内冲突文献进行了回顾,总结了有关建设性冲突和非建设性冲突的研究,并结合有关冲突管理和领导行为研究,综述了群体决策过程中的群体内冲突的影响和作用机制。通过综合群体动力学和领导决策的研究成果,为群体决策过程研究提供新的视角。
The article reviewed literatures on intragroup conflict, especially on studies of constructive conflict and nonconstructive conflict. We made a comprehensive study on the effects and dynamics of group conflict. Utilizing theories on group dynamics, conflict management and leader behavior, we provide a new point of view for studies on group decision making process.
