摘要
煤矿安全生产地理信息系统(GIS)是描述、存储、分析、决策和输出矿井空间地理信息系统的一门技术。研究煤矿安全生产地理信息系统在煤矿安全管理中的技术现状及应用,对开发将多源、多维、海量、多时相性、多尺度、不确定性的相关数据信息集成到一个统一数据平台上的系统,为管理者和决策者制定灾害预测、防灾减灾政策提供信息具有重要的参考意义。近几年来引起了地理信息系统研究者及安全技术工作者的广泛兴趣。文章通过作者研究的成果,结合我国目前煤矿安全生产信息管理系统技术的现状,对该技术进行了比较全面的探讨和分析。
Coalmine Work Safety GIS System is a technology, which can describe, store, analyze and output the information of the spatial geography of the coalmine. Studying on the status and prospect is of great significance in development of the same database platform and supply with vital information, which is multi - source, multidimensional, mass, different format and formed in different time, uncertainty, to the correlative managers. Then it can be used to forecast , prevent and reduce the influence caused by disasters. Most studies have only been performed in the last few years. The paper, through the production of the author' s study, is combined with the current state of the Mine Work Safety Management GIS in China. The technology is discussed and analyzed comprehensively. Finally, the developments of various prospects of Mine Safety Work GIS System are discussed.
