摘要
建立了ELSD-HPLC法监控由山梨醇生产维生素C的过程。采用氨基色谱柱,流动相为0.1%三氟乙酸-乙腈(梯度洗脱)。4种成分均在0.025%~0.4%范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率分别为98.7%、100.5%、100.8%和100.4%。
An ELSD-HPLC method to monitor the whole course of vitamin C production process from D-sorbitol was established. A NH2 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid-acetonitrile by gradient elution.The calibration curves of all the four compounds were linear in the range of 0.025% - 0.4%. The average recoveries were 98.7%, 100.5%, 100.8% and 100.4%, respectively.
