摘要
在盐酸二甲双胍微丸外依次包滑石粉隔离层和Eudragit缓释层,并考察两者对体外释放度的影响。采用EudragitNE30D-L30D55(20∶1)包衣所得微丸表现出缓释特征,在体内与参比制剂生物等效。
The metformin hydrochloride pellets were coated in turn with talc powder and Eudragit as the isolating layer and Sustained-release layer. The effects of the two layers on the in vitro release of the pellets were investigated. The results showed that the pellets covered with Eudragit NE30D-L30D 55 (20 : 1) had a sustained-release property and was bioequivalent to reference preparation.
