天然维生素E琥珀酸酯的HPLC测定

Determination of R,R,R-α-Tocopheryl Acid Succinate by HPLC

建立了HPLC法测定天然维生素E琥珀酸酯的含量。采用C18柱,甲醇-冰醋酸(500∶3.2)为流动相,检测波长为284nm。在0.18～3mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率98.4%～101.4%,RSD小于1%。

A HPLC method for the determination of R,R,R-α-tocopheryl acid succinate was established. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-glacial acetic acid （500：3.2）, at the detection wavelength of 284 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.18-3mg/ml. The average recovery was 98.4%-101.4% with RSD〈1%.
