摘要
A HPLC method for determination of N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide(DEET)loaded in microspheres was established. An ODS column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water(65∶35)at the detection wavelength of 210nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10 - 150μg/ml, and the detection limit was 4ng. The average recovery was 99.8% with RSD of 0.65%. The average drug loading of three batches of DEET microspheres were 16.1%, 16.3% and 17.7%.
