人力资本对经济增长影响的实证分析——以上海市、云南省和西藏自治区为例

A Case Analysis of the Influence of Human Capital on the Economic Growth in Shanghai,Yunnan and Tibet of China

设计人力资本度量的指标体系(H=LEA),并运用其对上海、云南和西藏三省市区的相关人力资本数据建立模型进行实证分析。发现上海市发达的经济是人力资本和物质资本相结合的结果,这与人力资本理论中累积效应相一致。说明云南和西藏等落后地区在人力资本投资方面与发达地区的差距,并由此分析加大人力资本投入对这两个地区经济发展的作用及意义。

With an established quantitative target system （H = LEA）, the author gives a case analysis of the model based on the data of the human capital in Shanghai, Yunnan and Tibet of China. It is concluded that the developed economy of Shanghai is the result of the combination of its human capital and material capital, which goes with the accumulation effects in the theory of human capital. This reveals the differences between the under-developed areas and the developed areas in the investment of human capital, and more investment in human capital will benefit the economic development in Yunnan and Tibet of China.
