摘要
根据红外辐射理论和热像仪测温原理,考虑被测物体附近高温物体温度、位置和被测物体对附近高温物体吸收率的影响,得出了上述因素对被测物体真实温度和测温误差影响的理论计算公式,分析了高温物体温度测量误差、高温物体位置测量误差、对高温物体辐射的吸收率测量误差和附近高温物体的温度对红外热像仪测温误差的影响程度,并给出了减小误差的对策,以提高热像仪的测温精度及降低辐射测温误差。
Based on the theory of infrared radiation and of the infrared thermography, the formulas of real temperature and error calculation of temperature measurement were present under the considering of the effects caused by the temperature and the position of the environmental object, and the absorptivity of the surface of the object to be measured. The countermeasures to reduce the error and improve the measurement precision are discussed through analyzing above three factors.
