摘要
以中华蜜蜂(Apis cerana ceranaFabric ius)和意大利蜜蜂(Apis m ellifera ligusticaSp inola)为试验材料,通过蜂群在无巢脾时建造巢脾和在有巢脾时建造巢脾试验,发现工蜂建造的巢房比例和蜜蜂性比值基本一致;通过标记和统计巢房中卵数量变化,观察巢房中卵染色体的单双倍体特性,以及计算巢房中的卵存活率及产卵准确率,发现工蜂能及时清除巢房中的卵,这种行为是工蜂调控群内蜜蜂性比值的有效措施.结果表明,工蜂可以通过建造巢脾和哺育行为来调控群内的蜜蜂性比值.
The experiments were conducted with Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera Ligustica, in which honeybees built combs with combs or without combs. The results showed the ratio of cells built by workers to those built by drones was similar to honeybee sex ratio. By marking and observing numbers change and chromosome characteristic of haploid-diploid of eggs in cells, the ratio of left eggs and the nicety ratio of eggs laid in cells were calculated. Workers could clear away eggs in cells, this behavior was a good way to control honeybee sex ratio in colony. The results showed that workers could regulate honeybee sex ratios in colony by the behavior of building comb and feeding.
